Our promise

To provide the service that is booked for our amazing clients while communicating throughout the process to ensure the best outcome possible!


Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% of the service minimum is required for all appointments. This ensures that your appointment slot is secured and prevents no shows for our stylists.


Cancellation Policy

We totally get it, life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so before 48 hours of your scheduled time slot.

If a client cancels in less than 48 hours notice or is a no-call, no- show, their deposit is forfeited and a cancellation fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be made. This ensures that our stylists will be compensated for the block of time that was taken from the appointment that Cancelled last minute or did not show.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will transfer to a different date as long as the appointment is rescheduled before the 48 hour time period.
